Thanks to Lockerby’s online instant booking and app, you can now book a taxi within a few minutes. Simply key in your pickup location and time and choose a preferred vehicle type. Our driver will show up as quickly as possible. Once you verify your booking details, you can select your preferred payment method. 

You can pay online using any major credit or debit card. Here are the easy steps to follow while booking a taxi with us instantly:

1. When: Enter your current location for pickup and destination address 
2. What: Lockerby's automatic system offers you a range of available vehicles for your location in the economy, business and premier categories. You can choose your preferred vehicle type without any delay.
3. Who: Please enter passenger details such as name and contact number so that the driver can contact you whenever necessary.

At this stage, you can confirm your details and select your preferred payment method. Once you click on confirm, the booking is created. You will now receive a message or email with your payment PIN and ride details. 

Contact details of driver: You will receive the details of your driver and car about 30 minutes prior to time of pickup. This will be sent to you through text message or email.

The driver will arrive at your location: You will receive another message once the driver arrives at the pickup location. 

ID verification: Once the driver, he will verify that you are the right passenger and then drive you to your desired destination. 

Payment authorization: Once your ride is complete, you will use your PIN number to authorize payment. Billing and payment is automatically done and will be reflected on your Lockerby account. 

What If I Need to Make Changes?

If there are any changes required or if you need to cancel the ride, this can be easily done through your Lockerby account. Simply log in to your account and click on ‘edit’ or cancel’ on your booking. However, we request all our passengers to kindly note the amendments and cancellation deadlines for your booking. 

If you change or cancel your booking closer to the pickup time, you may incur additional charges.

What We Offer

We offer taxi, car booking, and bus charter services on a 24/7 hotline and also offer added extras such as children’s car seats upon request. Our airport transfer services include a 60 minute wait after landing and our driver will display a pickup name sign while waiting for you. Lockerby Transportation also offers online and offline payment options to all of our esteemed customers in the Greater Sudbury Area.

Individual customers can pay using Visa, American Express or MasterCard while corporate clients can use our flexible corporate accounts for billing and payment.
